Service Availability

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across London and selected
surrounding areas.

Response Time

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response times may vary depending on
location, traffic, and job volume.

Payment

Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement is in
place. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled after dispatch, a call-out charge may still apply to cover time and
travel costs.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible and safe to recover. We
are not liable for any pre-existing damage.

Liability

MyPiggyBack is not responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues during or after
recovery unless caused by our negligence.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where the job presents a safety risk, involves
illegal activity, or is outside our capabilities.
